Party Area Rules
All party activities such as eating, singing, decorating, or performances must take place inside the Party Area only.
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the Party Area.
Keep decorations simple — large pillars or heavy setups are not allowed as space is limited.
You have 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your session for setup and cleanup. Bringing decorations earlier is only allowed if discussed with our team.
All decorations must be removed after your event. Please leave the Area as you found it.
We recommend asking parents to drop off their kids to avoid the Area becoming overcrowded.
No outside food or drinks are allowed in playground areas. Cake and catering are only allowed inside the Party Area.
Adult supervision is required at all times.
No shoes in play areas. Grip socks are recommended.
No rough play, pushing, or climbing on barriers, furniture, or nets.
Respect your start and end times — going over your time may impact the next booking and result in extra fees.
FAQ
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes — freestanding or gentle tape only. No staples or nails. All decorations must be removed after your event.
Do parents need socks?
Yes. Socks are required in all play areas. You may bring your own or buy them on-site.
How do we pay the deposit?
After booking, you'll receive an invoice with payment details. The reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been paid.
Can we bring outside catering?
Yes — outside catering is allowed inside the Party Area only. We also sell snacks and drinks on-site. For special requests, please ask our team in advance.
